Material Handling Technologies
Built with the best material handling technologies, this “Zero-Gap” single-strand chain conveyor eliminates pinch hazards, has a load capacity up to 500 pounds per pallet, and runs at speeds up to 65 fpm. With both medium- and heavy-duty designs, these automated conveyor systems can accommodate maximum loads up to 2000 lbs.
Closed Loop Flow Configuration
Available with drip-pan system for dry-floor operation, Tech-Trak’s closed loop flow configuration can support parallel operations with off-line spurs.
Scalable and Reconfigurable
This automated material handling solution is scalable and reconfigurable to accommodate evolving production demands. Tech-Trak is built using proprietary modules to allow for easy reconfiguration. Our standard pre-configured “Mega-Modules” enable quick system design and delivery using stock modules. We also custom design systems from dozens of standard modules that can be tailored to specific load sizes, weights, and production requirements. Toggle Stop
- Used for traffic control and manual operations
- Intrinsically safe design; swing-arm extends underneath pallet to contact rear puck, stopping pallet motion
- Locating accuracy: +/- 1/16” (1.5mm) in the horizontal (x,y) plane
Precision Lift-and-Locate Stop
- Used where accuracy is required, for performing work on the pallet, or for interface with other equipment
- Pallet is precision located, lifted from moving chain, and securely clamped
- Locating accuracy: +/- .005” (0.125 mm) in all three major axes (x,y,z)
