FIELD SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Wes-Tech’s engineers and skilled trade workers (both mechanical and electrical) have years of experience working on service issues. We travel to customer locations for both scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime. Regular maintenance helps to avoid future problems. In instances of unplanned downtime, our presence on-site is a valuable extension of our customers’ teams, working together to regain full functionality as soon as possible.
APPLICATION AND MODIFICATION SUPPORT
Product changes can necessitate modifications in automation integrations. When this happens, Wes-Tech can modify existing systems to fit a manufacturer’s new needs, drawing on forward-thinking concepts to enhance scalability and reusability. Our application engineers are also ready to help our customers assess their factory readiness for additional automation.
SPARE PARTS
Wes-Tech ensures that our Tech-Trak customers are always prepared, with a comprehensive inventory of spare parts readily available for their Tech-Trak systems. Our well-equipped warehouse and on-site CNC and fabrication facility allow us to rapidly deliver parts, even on short notice. We provide ongoing support by supplying parts for routine maintenance and wear and tear of the automation systems we’ve integrated into customer operations.
